The information found on this UNOFFICIAL CADET website is for the Cadets of the 861 Silverfox Squadron Royal Canadian Air Cadets. Its intent is to make learning Drill, Dress, Deportment, the rules and regulations of the Cadet Program easier. It is also to inform Cadets of the Squadron of upcoming events and protocol.
Duke of Edinburgh
The Duke of Edinburgh Program is a wonderful program that works hand in hand with the Cadet Program. Doing so costs a one time fee of $20 for registration and the record book. It has three levels: Bronze Silver and Gold. Most of your questions can be answered. If they are not answered talk to the officer in charge of Duke of Ed or another Cadet who is already in the program.
