Flight Night Protocol

The following are rough timings only. They can be altered to fit the needs of the flight (i.e spending 30 minutes on standing drill and five on marching, etc.) Games at the end of the night should focus on games that bond the flight and are inclusive for everyone.
Drill (35 minutes):
-10 minutes Standing Drill (salutes, right dress, etc.)
-10 minutes Marching Drill (left turns, halting, etc.)
-15 minutes Parade Drill (similar to Parade and the ACR)

This should be done with the flight sized.

This allows Flight Sergeants and Flight Commanders to practice calling commands, correct their flight, and flight training in Drill.

Give a five minute break then:

-30 minutes dedicated to the uniform
-10 minutes instruction (placing badges, when/what to wear, ironing uniform, polish boots etc.)
*where instruction is not necessary this time goes to modifications to the uniform.
-20 minutes for modifications to the uniform, questions, polish boots, ironing etc.

This allows all uniforms to inspected 30 minutes of modifications to the uniform per month.

Give another five minute break for Cadets to put on the uniform and head to the Parade Square

Give 15 minutes to inspect the uniform, looking for further alterations, as well as, providing suggestions and feedback.

Give a five minute break which leads directly into:
Games and Team Building exercises, for the discretion of the Flight.

Have your flight sized and have them remember their positions so when they fall in during Wednesday nights they can fall into a sized position.
